1. About this website
This website is operated by Rahwal, a venture of Averholt LLC (United States), with offices in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It provides information about our workforce recruitment services for employers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and allows employers to submit a request for workforce.
2. Who may use the request form
The "Request workforce" form is for employers and licensed recruitment offices only. We do not accept job applications from individuals through this website. Individuals seeking employment should approach licensed recruiting agencies directly.
3. No offer or contract
Information on this website, including timelines (for example "6 to 10 weeks") and the 90-day replacement guarantee, is indicative. A submission through this website is a request for a proposal, not a binding order. Binding terms, pricing, timelines and guarantees are set out only in a written agreement signed by both parties.
4. Licensed processing
Recruitment, BMET and embassy processing, visa, medical and ticketing are carried out through our licensed partner Chomon Overseas Ltd (RL-2499). Employers are responsible for providing accurate, attested documents (demand letter, power of attorney, consular letter, CR copy and visa slip) as required by the authorities.
5. Ethical recruitment
We operate on an employer-pays model. Workers are not charged recruitment fees. We do not deal in "free visas" or visa trading. Employers agree to comply with Saudi labour law and the Bangladesh–KSA bilateral labour framework in relation to any workers deployed.
6. Accuracy of information
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date but make no warranty that it is error-free. Government procedures, exam schedules and processing times may change without notice.
7. Intellectual property
All text, design and logos on this website belong to Rahwal / Averholt LLC unless otherwise stated. Photographs may be licensed from third parties. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rahwal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in relation to recruitment services is governed solely by the written service agreement.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Service agreements may specify a different governing law and dispute forum.
