1. Who we are
Rahwal ("we", "us") is a workforce solutions brand operating from House-59 (2nd Floor), Road-04, Block-C, Banani, Dhaka-1213, Bangladesh. Rahwal is a venture of Averholt LLC, United States. Licensed deployment is carried out through our partner Chomon Overseas Ltd (Government Recruiting License RL-2499, BMET, Government of Bangladesh).
2. What information we collect
When you submit the "Request workforce" form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide: company name, commercial registration (CR) number, your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, workforce category, headcount, site location, joining date and any details you add.
Our website also records standard technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location and pages visited, through analytics tools (Google Analytics) and our hosting provider's server logs.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare a proposal, timeline and document list.
- To communicate with you about your order during recruitment, processing and deployment.
- To comply with legal obligations under Bangladeshi and Saudi law and the Bangladesh–KSA bilateral labour framework.
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for marketing unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
Your information may be shared with Chomon Overseas Ltd for licensed processing, with service providers who help us run this website (hosting, form delivery, analytics), and with government authorities where required by law. Form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) that temporarily stores submissions to deliver them.
5. Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
Where our clients are in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we process business contact data only for the purpose of fulfilling the employer's workforce request, in line with the principles of the Saudi PDPL. Contact us to access, correct or delete your data.
6. Retention
We keep request data for as long as needed to serve your order and meet legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the website to function and analytics cookies to understand traffic. Your language preference (English/Arabic) is stored in your browser only.
